Please manually clear thick ice from the roller.4.After pressing the cooling button, the machine will pre-cool for 1 minute before starting ice production. The machine continues cooling for about 30 seconds after shutdown.5.If the roller runs but produces no ice, check whether the roller feed pan is uneven, preventing liquid from contacting the roller evaporator. You may press the feed pan downward to level it.
